As well as boxing, we also run fitness-only
sessions, including Metafit and MetaPower. Metafit
and MetaPower are high-intensity (30 minute)
workouts including a series of body-weight exercises
with interval style training that combine resistance
and bodyweight exercises to target and develop
strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular
efficiency. They are both designed to keep your body
burning calories long after your training session is
complete.
